Absentee Policy:
If your child is not able to attend class on a given day please notify the office (781.741.1530) AND Julie Harrington (ext. 4303 or [email protected]) prior to 1:00pm on the day of class.

If an instructor is absent, parents will be notified by telephone/email as soon as possible and students will be sent home at their normal dismissal time.
If we are unable to reach you, the student will be in the school office until a parent can be reached. The class will be rescheduled based on a day that is convenient for the majority of students and the instructor. There are no make-up days for student absences.

-All children will be picked up in the PRS front entrance by parents at 3:40pm sharp (unless otherwise stated in the catalogue).
-You may provide a note to the instructor if your child is to walk home or be dismissed to someone other than a parent. Instructors will pass the notes along to the office.
Discipline:
Students who are chronic discipline problems will be asked to leave the program without the advantage of a refund.
The Voyagers program is a fee-based, non-profit after-school enrichment program available to students who wish to pursue outside interests.
